What Christmas Means to Me

Today's blog I want to talk about Christmas and what it means to me and my family. Firstly I must say how happy I am to be still here to celebrate this time of year. I love the Christmas decorations of course the presents and time spent with the family. My son is 23 and is still like a 5 year old which is nice.

I will spend the morning with my family and later in the day I will go to my sisters to have dinner with both of our families and do pool games and wee games for the night.St Stephen's days my great nephew will be christened and all the family are going back to the house, which we do every year.New Year's Day I am having my sister her husband and my Mother over for dinner. It's my mum's Birthday she will be 93 a great age for a great woman.

Next Friday is our Christmas do in the Green Isle Hotel; where we will dance the night away to the sound of Abba music. Should be a good night!!!!

On that note I think I will finish up but would like to take the opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas and New Year and a special happy Christmas to all the staff in Headway especially in Clondalkin. A good time deserved by all.
