Bordeaux to Barcelona by Bike

Our cycle season of 2011 continues with a new fantastic fundraising effort by John O'Meara, who along with three friends is going to cycle from Bordeaux to Barcelona to raise funds for Headway Limerick.

"Hey Folks,
On Thursday morning myself and 4 friends are setting out to cycle from Bordeaux across the mighty Pyrenees to Barcelona, it's a journey of over 750km which we hope to do in 7 days. We will have a support van which we'll take turns driving but each of us will still do over 600km.
I'm hoping to raise as much as I can for a very important charity that genuinely change peoples lives. It's a cause very close to my heart and one that is in desperate need of funds in order to continue their good work."
