Service users and family members from Headway in Cork, Limerick and Dublin were in attendance at Leinster House today to remind politicians about the importance of community services for people with neurological conditions.

Coordinated by the Neurological Alliance of Ireland, the event was an opportunity for TDs and Senators to meet people with brain injury and other neurological conditions and hear about how Irelands health system depends on organisations such as Headway to provide vital rehabilitation services.

Thanks to all the Headway clients and family members who helped to bring the message to our politicians: Tom, Robert (pictured, from Headway Limerick), Kay, Phil, David, Alan (Headway Cork) and Michael (Headway Clondalkin).
