Report highlights issues with National Physical and Sensory Disability Database
7 Apr 2009
Headway and the Health Research Board have just published a report (available here) on difficulties and issues encountered by people with Acquired Brain Injury when taking part in the National Physical and Sensory Disability Database (NPSDD).
The report confirms the difficulty that some people with brain injury have with insight into their own condition and the difficulty that this poses for people identifying their own service needs to the HSE.
