Headway Signs Road Safety Charter

At a ceremony in Dublin, Headway signed up to the European Road Safety Charter in the presence of the European Commission and the Minister for Transport, Noel Dempsey TD. The charter has as its aim to reduce road deaths by 25,000 across the European Union. As part of its commitment, Headway has undertaken to help raise awareness of accident prevention through talks, video and through participation in the popluar roadshows for transition year pupils organised by Axa in conjunction with the Road Safety Authority.
