Problems with Memory? New Group in Dublin

A brain injury can affect someone in many different ways. Problems with memory can occur following injury and Headway Dublin are commencing a new group to help people dealing with this issue in particular.
The group is for people with an acquired brain injury from age 16 and up and participants will aim to:
- Improve your real-life ability to function
- Help you learn about memory and the brain
- Help you develop an understanding of your own memory problems through discussion and exercises
- Help you learn and practice everyday compensatory memory strategies
The goup will meet twice a week
