A Sanctuary for Carers - online

Dr. Aviva Cohen, the energy behind the stroke information site www.researchandhope.com has just launched a new online publication specifically for carers called "Carers Sanctuary". Coinciding with the run up to National Carers Week, the magazine provides a wealth of information and features, including a piece by our own Ruth Lunnon on resources available to people caring for someone with a brain injury.
The Carer's Sanctuary also provides plenty of advice on self-care, nutrition, complementary and alternative therapies and in the future will have an online forum for people to share their experiences.
